Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email once the order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

Reign Supreme Crowns is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If an address needs correction, contact us before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Reign Supreme Crowns is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Packages marked delivered but not received

Customers must file claims directly with USPS or UPS.

International Shipping
Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing & Customization Policy

Once an order is placed, the order begins processing immediately.
We do not cancel orders once:

• Lace customization

• Plucking

• Bleaching knots

• Coloring services

• Cutting or texturizing

• Styling

• Cosplay-specific modifications

Custom units are built to your specifications; therefore, they cannot be changed or refunded after processing begins.

Quality Assurance
All wigs are photographed and recorded prior to shipping for quality verification.

Order Refusals
Wigs refused at delivery or returned to sender are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
