Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of wig products and for hygiene, health, and customization reasons, all sales are final.

Reign Supreme Crowns does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any wig units, including:

• Ready-to-wear wigs

• Custom wig units

• Cosplay units

• Cut, colored, or styled units

• Medical wig units

• Any item that has been worn, tried on, altered, or removed from the packaging

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed after processing beginsOnce an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed after processing begins

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The wig

• The lace

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will review the case and resolve it based on evidence.

Chargebacks
Attempting a chargeback for an item that was delivered, customized, or worn is considered fraud. All transactions and tracking information are documented for verification.
