Supreme Consultation Policy
The Supreme Consultation is a private, one-on-one consultation designed for clients preparing to purchase a Reign Supreme Crown. By requesting and participating in a Supreme Consultation, you agree to the following terms.
Consultation Deposit
A consultation deposit is required to reserve your Supreme Consultation.
The consultation deposit is applied toward the purchase of a Reign Supreme Crown.
If a purchase is not made, the deposit covers the time, preparation, and expertise provided during the consultation and is non-refundable.
Eligibility
The Supreme Consultation is reserved exclusively for clients intending to purchase a Reign Supreme Crown.
For personalized guidance, education, or styling support unrelated to a Reign Supreme Crowns purchase, clients should request a Supreme Session.
Scheduling
Supreme Consultations are scheduled by approval only.
Once your request is approved and the consultation deposit is received, you will receive confirmation and session details.
Consultations are conducted virtually unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your Supreme Consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your consultation.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the consultation may be shortened or canceled without refund to respect scheduled time and availability.
No-Shows
Missed consultations without notice are considered no-shows.
In the event of a no-show, the consultation deposit is forfeited and will not be applied toward a future purchase.
Scope of Consultation
The Supreme Consultation provides guidance related to selecting and preparing to purchase a Reign Supreme Crown.
It does not include:
Installation services
Styling tutorials
Education unrelated to a Reign Supreme Crowns purchase
Guarantees of specific outcomes
Policy Updates
Reign Supreme Crowns reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most current version will be reflected on the website.
